Young adults want to succeed. We provide the guidance.
Delphi Young Adults is our transition support program for young adults, ages 18-28, who have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or other similar traits.
Our master’s level coaches collaborate with young adults, family members and providers to develop customized coaching plans that address:
- Vocational skills
- Social skills
- Independent living skills
- Dating and other domains
Delphi Workspace gives young adults the chance to connect with a peer community while pursuing real-world projects. Participants select project roles to build skills specific to their chosen career field or interest and work in small teams.
The steps toward independent living can be daunting. In Delphi Commons, our resident advisors provide support and structure through multiple checks-in per day. Young adults select a residential approach that fits their needs.
Through a careful evaluation process, we target independent living skills prior to move-in, such as:
- Time management
- Interpersonal and more
